This unit does include a stack washer and dryer. This unit has an electric mini split for both heat and air conditioning as well as a propane fireplace. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per approved pet (limit 2 pets). Online rent payments. Lease to start on August 30th, 2025 and run through July 28th, 2026. Both tenants for the unit go on the same lease, we do not offer individual leases for our houses/duplexes.
