Our Story

Cash Holdings, LLC is a part of a family of companies that have been serving the Boone area since 1976. The Cash family of companies includes real estate, development, commercial construction, single family construction, residential construction and property management. Cash Holdings, LLC began in 2013 with a handful of rental houses and now includes a vast portfolio of duplexes, townhomes, single & multi family units as well as mixed use commercial/residential spaces within the heart of Boone. We are a small homegrown office that uses technology to manage tenant and homeowner expectations efficiently while still maintaining personal relationships with our homeowners and tenants. We take pride in the care and dedication our staff brings to the business, our owners and tenants.
