Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and the refundable security deposit $1,200 is due. Fees are per person. If two tenants are leasing the entire unit, leasing fees are the $200 non-refundable administration fee and the refundable security deposit listed above is split between both parties.
