Tenant pays for cable/wifi and electric (there are two separate electric meters, one for the basement and one for main/upper floor). Per the owner’s request, no animals are allowed.

Rent is $1,000/bedroom ($3,000 for whole house). All tenants go on the same lease.

$75 non-refundable application fee. $200 non-refundable administration fee. The security deposit is $750. Leases can start as soon as all requirements are finalized and will end at 10am on July 28th, 2025.
