A $75 application fee is due with the application. Upon approval, the leasing fees are due. The total leasing fees due upon approval equal one month’s rent and include a $200 non-refundable administration fee and a $900 security deposit. The lease is sent electronically through the tenant portal once all leasing fees have been paid.
