Rent is $675 per month. The rental price includes water/sewer and electric. The tenant is only responsible for cable/wifi. This unit is pet friendly with a monthly pet fee of $30 per month and there is a limit of one pet in the unit. Parking is included in the rent. It is near an Appalcart stop. 12 month leases and online rent payments. Lease would begin August 6th, 2025 and go through July 28th, 2026.

Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $475 refundable security deposit are due.
