Our Kimberly Terrace Apartments are located near Appalachian State University's new Health Science Building, the Greenway Trail and close to Walmart.

Rent is $1,200/month or $600/bed if 2 tenants. Rent includes water/sewer, trash pick up and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electricity. These units do not include washer/dryer hookups. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per approved pet (limit 2 pets). Parking is included for tenants. Online rent payments and 12 month individual leases. Lease begins August 6th, 2026 and goes through July 28th, 2027.

Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $400 refundable security deposit is due per tenant if 2 tenants. If 1 tenant leasing the whole unit, leasing fees are $200 non-refundable administration fee and $1,000 refundable security deposit
