Lease begins August 7th, 2026 and would end on July 28th, 2027. This unit is pet friendly - each pet has a $30/month pet fee. Limit of two animals and all pets must be approved prior to entering the unit.

no party clause and there are fines for violations.

Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, leasing fees per person are $200 non-refundable administration fee and a $750 security deposit. Deposit of $2650 and $200 nonrefundable administration fee if only one tenant.
