5 bedroom/2 bathroom house is conveniently located behind the convocation center. Downtown, restaurants and classes are all close by. The house has central heat & air-conditioning, large basement and a washer & dryer. This house is pet friendly - each pet has a $30/month pet fee. Limit of two animals and all pets must be approved prior to entering the unit.

Please note before applying: there are strict no-party clauses in the leases and the houses are not to be used for functions/events related to any fraternity/sorority. There are both fines and the potential for eviction outlined in the lease for violations of this clause.

Rent for 2025-2026: $4,625 for the house or $925/bedroom. Tenants are responsible for electric, water, trash pickup (free with TOB water service) and cable/wifi. The rental price includes lawn maintenance and parking for tenants.

Lease term for August 10th, 2025 to July 28th, 2026. All tenants on shared lease.

Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, each tenant pays $200 non-refundable administration fee and security deposit of $725
