The house has central heat & air-conditioning, large basement and a washer & dryer. This house is pet friendly - each pet has a $30/month pet fee. Limit of two animals and all pets must be approved prior to entering the unit.

Rent for 2025-2026: $895/bedroom. Tenants are responsible for electric, water, trash pickup (free with TOB water service) and cable/wifi. The rental price includes lawn maintenance and parking for tenants.

Lease term for August 15th, 2025 to July 28th, 2026. Partial Groups will be accepted and the remaining bedrooms can be roommate matched. Front portion of the house has 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom and back portion has 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom. Shared kitchen and common areas.

Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, each tenant pays $200 non-refundable administration fee and security deposit of $695
