Laurel Brook Apts is approx. 3 miles from Appalachian State and 1 mile to Caldwell Community College. Each unit has a private deck overlooking a stream and wooded area. Available unit is an upper unit and will be available August 6th 2026.

Rent is $600 PER PERSON for two people or $1,200 for one individual taking the whole unit. The rental price includes water/sewer, trash pick up and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electricity. All units include a full size washer and dryer. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per approved pet (limit 2 pets). Parking is included for tenants. Lease would begin August 6th, 2026 and run through July 28th, 2027

Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $400 refundable security deposit is due per person. If only one tenant is leasing the entire unit, leasing fees are the $200 non-refundable administration fee and $1000 refundable security deposit.
