Henderson Gap Apartments are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartments located in Blowing Rock, NC. Minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway and located in a quiet neighborhood that has a lot of green space and joins national forest land. We have only one lower unit and one top floor unit available for August 2026!

Rent is $750 PER PERSON for two people or $1,500 for one individual taking the whole unit. The rental price includes water/sewer and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi, trash hauling, propane and electricity. There is a stack washer and dryer in each apartment. This unit has an electric mini split for both heat and air conditioning as well as a propane fireplace. It is pet friendly - each pet has a $30/month pet fee. Limit of two animals and all animals must be approved prior to entering the unit. Online rent payments.

Lease to start on August 5th, 2026 and run through July 28th, 2027. Both tenants for the unit go on the same lease, we do not offer individual leases at this complex.

Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $550 refundable security deposit is due. Fees are per person. If only one tenant is leasing the entire unit, leasing fees are the $200 non-refundable administration fee and $1,300 refundable security deposit.
