Sunset Apartments are located close to Caldwell Community College and only two miles away from ASU's campus. They are also located close to an Applecart stop. This complex has one efficiency unit, several one and two bedroom units, and one three bedroom unit. The one bedroom units were recently renovated. Rent includes water/sewer, propane, and parking. Pets are allowed with a monthly pet fee of $30 and a limit of two pets. There is greenspace behind the complex for walking pets. The complex is newly painted. Most of the 2nd and 3rd floor units have private back porches.
