Park Street Apartments are 2 Bedroom,1 Bath units located in Downtown Boone. Close to campus, restaurants, & shopping. Rent includes water/sewer and parking for tenants with vehicles. We do not provide visitor parking. All units have a stack washer and dryer. Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $30 per month and a limit of two pets. There are picnic tables, grills, a fire pit, and greenspace for walking pets. 2 person occupancy only. There are 12 Townhome style units and 2 single floor units. The two single floor units were recently renovated.
