All maintenance requests are required to be submitted in writing through the tenant portal. Maintenance requests are not accepted by phone, text or email. Maintenance requests are handled in order as received. Non-emergency requests are handled Monday - Friday.
Submit as much detail as possible to assist the maintenance department in bringing the necessary tools & materials to correct the maintenance issues. Include the brand and model number when reporting issues with appliances.
